On the ground floor you will find two comfortable bedrooms, one with a cabin bed and the other with a double bed. On the same floor there is also a large entrance hall and a bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet, all heated with wood. The kitchen with wood and gas stove and the dining room are located in the basement with direct access to the surroundings. The house is powered by solar power.

 

Although the house has not yet been renovated, the new furniture still offers a high level of comfort. It is the ideal starting point for hikes, you can quickly walk to the village and hike to Cavaglia. Discover the untouched nature and the breathtaking views around the house.
