Description

The house is a perfect accommodation for couples or small families looking for peace and seclusion. On the ground floor you will find a cozy eat-in kitchen with a wood stove and an open fireplace, perfect for cooking and relaxing. A bathroom with shower, bathtub and washbasin and a toilet complete the offer on the ground floor. Outside there is a dining area with a grill, a lawn for sunbathing, a fountain and parking for one car behind the house. Upstairs there is a double bed with a wood burning stove for winter coziness and a sofa bed in the front of the room.

The rustico is connected to the electricity grid (220/230 V) and is suitable for 2 adults with a maximum of 2 children. Smoking in the house is not permitted. You have to bring your own bed, toilet and kitchen towels or you can order them from us. When it snows, you have to park your car on the main road (parking available) and in winter it is advisable to carry your luggage in a backpack for the approximately 300m long walk to the house.
